An acronym for its three principals, COR Development was founded by Kevin Cross, Doug Ogilvie and Christian Rice.  Together, the group's mission is to develop small-scale communities in locations rich with natural resources. 
 
Doug Ogilvie is the Managing Partner of COR Development, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry with him. In addition to operational duties at COR, Mr. Ogilvie is currently Chief Manager of MarketPalce Development LLC, a retail development company that has developed shopping centers throughout the southeast.
 
Christian C. Rice, Jr. is Chief Manager, founder and owner of Touchstone Medical Imaging LLC*, and is responsible for the overall operations of the Company.
 
Kevin N. Cross is the Chief Operating Officer and partner of Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC.  Mr. Cross also oversees operations, development and acquisitions for the Company.
